About Our Client

Our client is a well-established biotechnology company, under the umbrella of a sizeable conglomerate. To cope with their growing business needs, they are now looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join their team.

Job Description

  • Manage full-set HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll calculations, MPF, employee relations, training coordination etc.
  • Manage full cycle of recruitment activities and onboarding logistics
  • Review HR policies, employee handbook and current company practice
  • Maintain effective communication with different business units and deal with any employee cases occurred
  • Compile regular reports and HR analysis for senior management review
  • Handle insurance renewal and quotation, salary review, bench-marking and budgeting projects
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years' all-round HR experience in large listed companies
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Chinese and English typing
  • Proficient use of basic computer applications and Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Flexible, good prioritization and communication skills, independent and sensitive in numbers
