Our client is an international firm seeking an HR Generalist to join their dynamic team. This role will cover the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, with a strong focus on compensation and benefits. Looking for someone who are passionate about enhancing employee experiences and driving HR initiatives.

Job Description

  • Administer and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll calculations and coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Manage MPF contributions and taxation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
  • Generate HR metrics and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, MPF regulations, and taxation management.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
