Job Description

  • Support the planning, launch, and optimisation of destination logistics products for B2C e‑commerce shipments
  • Manage destination coverage for key markets including the Netherlands and Belgium, with exposure to US and other European lanes
  • Work closely with e‑commerce platform clients to understand operational flows, system requirements, and service expectations
  • Support the development of new products and trade lanes, ensuring full alignment across procedures, systems, and operations
  • Collaborate with origin teams, operations, IT, and commercial stakeholders to ensure smooth end‑to‑end execution
  • Understand and document destination procedures, customs flows, service models, and platform integrations
  • Monitor product performance and support continuous process improvement and scalability
  • Act as a regional point of contact for destination‑related product and operational querie

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum e‑commerce logistics experience (B2C is mandatory), preferably within freight forwarding, express, postal, or cross‑border e‑commerce environments
  • Strong understanding of destination operations, last‑mile models, and platform‑driven logistics
  • Hands‑on experience working with or supporting e‑commerce platforms or marketplace clients
  • Exposure to European lanes (Netherlands / Belgium highly preferred); experience with US lanes is an advantage
  • Able to understand and align procedures, systems, and operational workflows for new products or lanes
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a global, matrix environment
  • Fluent / proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written)
