About Our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed company with approximately 700-800 headcount in Hong Kong with half in front line and technical services, and the other half office based.
Reporting to the senior management team, you will be an integral part of the corporate Human Resources team that provides strategic guidance and implementation support in updating group-wide compensation & benefits programs in line with the Group's values, business goals, compensation principles and remuneration challenges. You will proactively partner with your peers, regional HR teams and senior management to continuously improve all aspects of compensation management and payroll by conducting C&B analysis and review projects as required. In addition to C&B, you will look after the HR Shared Services function from onboarding till exit is handled at the highest efficiency. You will need to be both strategic and hands-on, as the role will need to cover both operations and project responsibilities.
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you will be a mature, confident, highly motivated and results-oriented team played with a proven track record of having strong partnering relationships with line management. You will have substantial expertise in the design, implementation and management of C&B and HR shared services programs, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience gained from sizable Hong Kong conglomerates or multinational companies. You will possess strong people skills and the enthusiasm and ability to work both at the macro-level as well as to focus on the details. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills along with strong English and Cantonese language skills are prerequisites of the role.
