Job Description

As an Assistant FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying trends to improve financial performance.
  • Assisting in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
  • Supporting strategic planning and investment analysis projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and financial regulations.
  • Identifying areas for cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
  • Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and support as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant FP&A Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
