About Our Client

Our client is a well-known fashion group with over 30 brands under their business. As one of the market leader in APAC retail industry, they are now seeking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join their finance team for expansion.

Job Description

  • Supervise the retail finance operations and control process-related omnichannel projects time to time, system implementation, process re-engineering, automation, and digitisation.
  • Develop a control framework to monitor retail finance operations & boutique/ecommerce operations.
  • Prepare retail & ecommerce finance operations analysis & PowerPoint presentation at brands retail monthly meeting
  • Review month end closing & boutique sales by resolving problems in collaboration with Brand Retail, Ecommerce
  • Reviewing boutique closing reports, verifying bank deposits, performing credit card reconciliation and processing refunds.
  • Review the boutique cycle / annual stock count in coordination with brand retail team
  • Follow up with Brand Retail team for stock position and related issues
  • Monitor Monthly cashflow and provide advice to improve company liquidity efficiency.
  • Evaluating current processes flows, identify. risk/opportunities and initiate corrective action to enhance governance efficiency.
  • Supervise the team and ensure proper team structure and anticipate resources requirement to support business to have more operation control/audit sense and customer centric.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in using accounting software/ ERP systems, i.e. SAP
  • Strong data analytical skills / accounting skills/ project management
  • Proficient in MS Office skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & MS Visio for creating flowchart plus
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting or Accounting professional education, CPA/MBA plus.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably with exposure of a large luxury / retail, ecommerce
