Job Description

Financial Reporting

  • Handle monthly closing for leasing-related income and expenses.
  • Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and portfolio performance insights.
  • Ensure compliance with HKFRS/IFRS and support audits.



Leasing Operations

  • Oversee lease financial processes including rent, incentives, deposits, and billing setup.
  • Maintain data accuracy in lease systems (e.g., Yardi/MRI).
  • Improve operational controls and reporting efficiency.



Investment & Proposal Analysis

  • Review leasing and investment proposals (new leases, renewals, AEI, capex).
  • Build financial models and conduct NPV/IRR/sensitivity analysis.
  • Provide recommendations with clear financial rationale.



Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasts for leasing income and KPIs.
  • Work with Leasing and Asset teams on occupancy, rent forecasts, and scenario planning.



Governance & Process Improvement

  • Strengthen internal controls and documentation.
  • Drive reporting automation and process enhancements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA qualification required (HKICPA or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in real estate, with exposure to leasing industry.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS (incl. lease accounting), revenue recognition, and financial controls.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel); strong PowerPoint for management papers; Power BI/Tableau a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
