Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing daily financial operations and transactions.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimize financial performance.
  • Providing financial insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Implementing and improving financial systems and procedures.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior finance team members.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally within crypto companies or high-frequency trading (HFT) firms.
  • Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Python experience is a strong plus for data analysis and automation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
