About Our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong-based international trading and sourcing firm with over 20 years of experience. They connect Asian manufacturers with global buyers across Europe and North America, covering electronics, apparel, home goods, and tools.

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and disclosures in accordance with HKFRS and listing requirements
  • Coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and investment banks during IPO due diligence
  • Support the development of internal controls and corporate governance frameworks
  • Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuation analysis
  • Assist in drafting prospectus and other IPO-related documentation
  • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with SFC and HKEX guidelines
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy
  • Support post-IPO reporting and investor relations functions

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge or experience in the retail industry will be an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
