About Our Client

Our client is a market leading retail group, they are now seeking for experienced Assistant Finance Manager for AR functions to join their finance team.

Job Description



  • Supervise and support the team head in the daily operations of order-to-cash processes.
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reviews, analyze monthly reports and journals, perform financial analysis, and prepare accounting schedules.
  • Collaborate with relevant business units to offer guidance and support for operational decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist with ad hoc analyses and projects related to new business initiatives.
  • Monitor and ensure the service quality of outsourced service providers.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new ERP systems, and develop workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for users.
  • Organize team meetings, workshops, and training sessions for finance users, including outsourced teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
  • Participate in the preparation of interim and year-end financial reports and audit schedules.
  • Provide support for ad hoc analyses and projects related to new business initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
  • Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience; experience in retail/FMCG/manufacturing industries is desirable.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel, with experience in SAP being advantageous.
