Job Description

  • Lead and manage multiple OEM electronic appliance projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, particularly in electronic design and integration.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering processes and product performance.
  • Act as a key liaison with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Travelling to factory is China is required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Industrial Enfineering or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in electronic product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Proven track record in managing complex OEM projects in the consumer electronics or home appliances sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, embedded systems, and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
