They are looking for a candidate with solid administrative experience from sizable organizations.

Job Description

  • Provide secretarial support to Head of Department, including calendar management, travel and meeting arrangement
  • Supervise a team of administrative staff to ensure smooth operation
  • Responsible for recruitment, leave record update, performance review and other HR administrative issues of the department
  • Compile and format documents for committee meetings; ensure it meets submission deadline
  • Consolidate regular reports, prepare presentation materials and meeting minutes
  • Assist in organizing internal activities with the team
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years' relevant experience, preferably with solid operational and administrative exposure in sizable orgnizations
  • Bachelor degree in related disciplines
  • Strong Chinese and English writing skill; accurate Chinse word processing
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexible and good team player
