About Our Client

Our client is a well known developer in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value of the organisation's real estate office & retail portfolio
  • Implement and execute leasing strategies to manage, attract and retain tenants, optimise occupancy rates, and maximise rental income
  • Monitor third party vendors on & day-to-day facilities operations and performance and implement cost control measures on budget level
  • Review and analyse lease proposals, conduct financial analyses, and make recommendations for lease negotiation
  • Manage lease administration processes, including lease documentation, rent collection, and lease renewal

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Property Management, Real Estate or other related disciplines
  • 10 years' or above of related working experience
  • Must Have professional membership at RICS/HKIS, EAA and PMP Tier 1
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Independent, Stable and Good communication skills
