Job Description

As an Asset & Leasing Management Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise property value and returns.
  • Overseeing the performance of property portfolios and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align asset management plans with organisational goals.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Preparing regular reports on property performance and financial outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property management.
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for property assets.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members within the property department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Asset Management Lead should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as real estate, finance, or business administration.
  • Excellent Education Background
  • Proven expertise in property and asset management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent in Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Rich exposure in China & HK Market, knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
