They are looking for a Group Procurement Manager to manage its regional sourcing and supplier management operations.As the Asia Group Procurement Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and drive the commercial growth of the company's best‑in‑class sourcing arm in Hong Kong. You will lead a high‑performing regional team, and work closely with regional and global stakeholders to translate market opportunities into commercially successful product ranges.You will also develop and manage supplier partnerships across Asia, ensuring compliance with ethical, environmental and CSR standards while strengthening the company's supply resilience and technical capability.Job DescriptionDrive the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the sourcing division.Take full P&L responsibility and deliver commercial targets aligned with business priorities.Lead, coach and elevate a regional team of 8-10, cultivating a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the region in alignment with global objectives.Identify, qualify and manage suppliers across China and offshore.Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and pricing to optimise margins and strengthen competitiveness.Anticipate market, environmental and economic risks impacting supply continuity; build contingency plans.Resolve supplier quality issues, enhance standards and uphold service excellence.Support global sales teams with technical product knowledge and customer‑focused solutions.Provide timely management reporting and facilitate communication with senior leadership.Work closely with senior executives on strategic direction and key cost‑improvement initiatives.The Successful ApplicantBachelor degree in Supply Chain or relevant disciplines8-10 years of proven autonomous leadership within a sourcing/buying office or trading house supporting large corporate customers, preferably in FMCG/ packaging industriesFluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margin management and cost control.Demonstrated experience in supplier search, qualification, development and relationship management.Knowledge of paper, printing or related packaging productsIndependent, hands‑on, resilient and adaptable.Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.Confident communicator with credibility across senior stakeholders.Customer‑centric with a commitment to service excellence.Great understanding of supply chain, quality management, CSR, environmental or sustainability standards.What's on OfferAttractive package will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.
