Job Description

As an 'APAC Regulatory Change Lead', your main responsibilities will include:

  • Directly reporting to the Regulatory Change Head in Europe and will be an independent contributor in Hong Kong
  • Work closely with 1st and 2nd line of defense for regulatory change projects
  • Designing and implementing regulatory solutions across the Asia-Pacific region
  • Communicating with stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements
  • Developing strategies to mitigate regulatory risks
  • Training staff on regulatory standards and procedures
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and updating company policies accordingly
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure company-wide compliance
  • Reporting on regulatory compliance to senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'APAC Regulatory Change Lead' should have:

  • bachelor degree
  • 6+ years of regulatory compliance consulting at big 4/management consulting background
  • looking for regulatory change management experience
  • Sound knowledge of APAC financial regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in english
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
