Job Description

As a Real Estate SM, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximise property performance.
  • Managing the property portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Negotiating and finalising lease agreements with landlords and partners.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the retail industry.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align leasing activities with corporate goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all leasing activities.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on property performance.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and landlords.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 12 yrs of experience in retail leasing and property management.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage lease agreements effectively.
  • Proven track record for managing Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Southeast Asia markets
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and its dynamics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
