About Our Client

Our client is an international retail firm which has business across the globe. They are looking for an Interim Project Manager to lead the multi-carrier logistics projects in APAC regions.

Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-carrier logistics projects for the APAC region
  • Develop project plans and set milestones which aligns with regional and global logistics objectives
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, finance, and procurement, to share project updates, resolves challenges and complete project delivery
  • Manage the external carriers and logistics providers for project integration and implementation
  • Supervise the integration of new carriers into the outbound logistics network, ensuring compatibility with existing systems
  • Monitor carriers' performance, identify improvement and enhance delivery performance
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with multi-carrier logistics operations
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and any potential risks from the plan

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of the APAC logistics landscape
  • Experience with Multicarrier Parcel Engine technology solutions/ Transportation management solutions is preferred
  • Experience in e-commerce logistics / transportation / outbound program strategy is preferred
  • Project management certification (PMP) is preferred
  • Highly fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
