About Our Client
My client is an international online entertainment group with a strong presence in American and Asia Pacific. Established for many years, they are well known within the industry for providing a wide range of quality service and experience for their customers worldwide. With a successful expansion around Asia Pacific, they are now inviting a digital marketing talent to join their dynamic and international office in Hong Kong.
- Leverage marketing tools and support around the different regional offices to maximize customer value and service engagement
- Responsible for customer segmentations, purchasing behavior analysis, retention outcomes, and to formulate and execution integrated marketing campaigns based on target audience
- Based on assigned annual and seasonal business objective, accountable for forecasting, monitoring, enchantment and review of executed marketing campaign
- Work closely with operations, customer service, analytics team to better meet and increase customer satisfaction and engagements
The Successful Applicant
- University Graduate in Marketing/Business/eCommerce or related disciplines.
- All rounded digital marketing know-how with focus in CRM, loyalty program and/or lifecycle marketing, Hong Kong, China and South Aast Asia exposures will be advantageous but not a must.
- Strong command of English and Chinese
- Excellent team player and carry a result driven attitude
- Thrive in working in a mixed cultural business environment and ability to communicate with regional to global offices effectively
