We are seeking an AP Clerk to join a Professional Services firm in Hong Kong, specializing in Accounting & Finance. The ideal candidate will handle accounts payable tasks with precision and support financial operations effectively.

Job Description

  • Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate accounts payable records.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Responding to vendor inquiries and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Adhering to company policies and compliance standards in all financial transactions.

The Successful Applicant

  • A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • An ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
