Job Description

  • Execute and manage regional strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery through structured planning, coordination, and proactive issue resolution
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative performance data to generate insights supporting program optimization and informed strategic decision‑making
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align objectives, manage expectations, and support high‑quality program implementation
  • Prepare senior‑level presentations, briefing materials, and strategic recommendations for internal leadership and external stakeholders
  • Support research, analysis, and content development on economic, entrepreneurship, and policy‑related initiatives
  • Manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment with minimal supervision

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, public policy, or a related discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in highly analytical or strategic roles within investment banking, management consulting, business analytics, strategy, or similarly results‑driven professional environments
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Proven project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage complex initiatives end‑to‑end with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with native or near‑native fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
