Job Description

As an Analyst Programmer/ System Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of application systems
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain system programs based on functional and technical requirements
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing application support
  • Work closely with business users to ensure solutions meet operational and compliance needs
  • Prepare system documentation, including specifications and user guides
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on system enhancements and issue resolution
  • Analyzing and enhancing AML systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Analyst Programmer/ System Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
  • 1 year+ of relevant working experience in application development or system analysis
  • Knowledge of SQL and Java programming
  • Experience in eBao systems, AML systems is a strong advantage
  • Basic understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Experience in insurance or financial services industry is preferred
