Job Description

  • Overseeing and managing collateral for derivative transactions.
  • Performing daily margin calls and reconciliations.
  • Maintaining accurate risk exposure records.
  • Developing strategies for effective risk mitigation.
  • Working closely with other departments for process improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Producing regular reports for senior management.
  • Participating in projects related to collateral management.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of derivative products and collateral management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and systems.
  • An understanding of regulatory frameworks in the Financial Services industry.
