About Our Client

Our client is a top tier foreign custodian bank. They are looking for an Analyst to join their Client Services team.

Job Description

  • Monitor and address all inquiries (received via email boxes or phone lines) within agreed internal and external timelines or Service Level Agreements.
  • Proper utilization of all internal systems and applications to facilitate query management, follow ups, internal coordination and external communication
  • Ensure any outstanding or pending matters will be closely addressed and escalate promptly whereas necessary
  • Close coordination with internal parties (including various local and global functional teams) to facilitate issues resolution (such as payments, receipts, commission, AML/KYC, reporting etc.)
  • Handling and preparation of investors' or clients' reporting, mailings in a timely and accurate manner

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in banking or financial industry related experience
  • Strong communication, articulation, and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
  • Willingness and ability to collaborate and contribute in a global team environment
  • Adaptative and possesses strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Knowledge or prior experience in AML/KYC or Multifonds is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Willingness to provide work coverage during Hong Kong public holidays
