Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies, frameworks, and systems related to asset and liability management (ALM).
  • Design strategic business development plans and annual budgets, establish performance metrics, and drive the execution of business initiatives to optimize the asset-liability structure and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct monthly ALM and operational performance analyses; coordinate and facilitate ALCO and business review meetings.

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector, with solid knowledge of asset and liability allocation, budgeting, planning, and operational analysis in a commercial banking context.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce clear, concise reports.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • High level of accountability, strong execution skills, collaborative mindset, and a proactive, innovative approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua, both written and spoken.
