This role supports air freight operations and carrier coordination across South China. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth shipment execution, stable capacity, and accurate operational performance.

Job Description

  • Support coordination with airlines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
  • Assist in monitoring carrier performance and basic cost comparisons
  • Support air freight load planning and capacity utilisation activities
  • Track shipments and ensure operational data is updated accurately in systems
  • Assist in handling urgent or non‑standard shipment scenarios under guidance
  • Support day‑to‑day reporting and KPI tracking
  • Work closely with commercial and customer service teams to support service commitments



The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years' experience in air freight operations or freight forwarding
  • Basic knowledge of air freight processes and documentation
  • Exposure to carrier liaison, load planning, or pricing support is an advantage
  • Good written English
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Strong teamwork and customer‑focused mindset
  • Experience supporting China / South China shipments is a plus
