Job Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain management of cash, precious metals, and other high-value items, ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry regulations.
  • Manage air freight documentation processes to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
  • Coordinate customs clearance activities, working closely with customs authorities and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between logistics, security, and customer service departments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management within the logistics or secured transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, customs regulations, and air freight documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in logistics management software
