We are partnering with Top Tier Developer in Hong Kong. Currently, we are seeking for AGM of Asset Management with solid experience in Real Estate Investment, conduct feasibility study with financial cash-flow modelling sector. Please check out more details as below:

Job Description

  • Responsible on Real Estate Asset Acquisition, business development, disposal and manage the due diligence study
  • Liaise with Internal & external parties to prepare business proposal, asset enhancement and property development planning. Assist Top Management in selecting, analysing and evaluating, the strategy of investment deals
  • Ad-hoc duties assign by Top Management

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree Holders
  • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Investment
  • Professional Member of HKIS/ RICS/ CFA will be an advantaged
  • Knowledge in Real Estate investment market & track records on real estate projects
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills
  • Good Command in English & Chinese
