Job Description

  • Prepare and write engaging newsletter content tailored to the agency audience, highlighting success stories, campaign updates, and recognition
  • Support and coordinate video taking and content development for supplement publications, brand advertising, and agency promotion
  • Lead internal communications and PR efforts aligned with agent sales behaviour and brand messaging
  • Support event planning and execution for agent recognition programs, seminars, and promotional highlights
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaign strategy
  • Build brand awareness and drive lead generation

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with insurance or financial services background.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of agent sales behaviour
  • Experience in event planning, content creation, and campaign execution
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
