About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest white goods supplier in the world and they are further expanding their business in HK.
- Develop and implement Competence Qualification scheme for technical service team with relevant trainings and assessment.
- Develop and implement Apprentice program to train and develop apprentices to cope with Customer Service long term development.
- Manage and monitor the training and assessment for new and existing technicians according to the Competence Qualification scheme.
- Implement and monitor the apprentice program on effectiveness and continuous enhancement according to needs and resources.
- Communicate and work with Quality Management and Factories with regional support to solve design and quality issues on products.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience on technical service industry preferable on home appliances or white goods
- No less than 5 years on managerial level in international organization
- Degree in Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Engineering
