About Our Client

They are now in search for an Admissions Specialist to come on board and cater to students as well as parents with professional consulting services.
Job Description
This role will suit a self-starter who has an entrepreneurial mindset to help students find the most prospective school opportunities that align with their interest and academic needs.
As an experienced specialist, you will be offering rich knowledge to students and will draft up a comprehensive college/ university application package to facilitate their application journey. You will identify the student's potential and qualities as well as learning objectives via a vigorous vetting process and proceed by contributing appropriate top-college standard advisory. It is crucial that you know how to construct a pathway-specific admissions package, including but not limited to crafting application essays and inserting the right extra-curricular activities to the profile, then deliver in the most efficient manner. As a key member working among admissions intelligence, you are expected to offer professional insights and present the best career strategy for each and every applicant. Follow-ups, administration and regular dialogue with parents will also be handled with utmost attention to ensure a high level of quality service .
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should hold at least a BA/BS degree or equivalent from a top tier University or experience in the admissions office of a major UK University or Liberal Arts College. While the candidate is expected to be excellent in communication (in both verbal and written context for English and Chinese), academic records with top 10% score on GCSE/ IBDP (or equivalent) will be preferred. Relevant work experience of at least 2 years or experience in students counselling will be an advantage, but strong presentation skills are particularly important. Knowledge and skills of pitching, selling and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
