Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations including maintenance of office equipment, ensuring cleanliness, managing seat allocation, and addressing potential issues promptly.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing access cards, coordinating memberships, maintaining petty cash, and preparing reports for HR and finance.
  • Lead office re-branding projects, ensuring timely preparation of stationery, name card templates, and reception logos in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Plan and execute CSR activities in collaboration with NGOs, documenting events with photos and videos, and managing community engagement metrics.
  • Support the administration of staff wellness programs and events, including celebrations and corporate functions, to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage sourcing and procurement of branded merchandise and office supplies, overseeing shop orders and warehouse inventory.
  • Provide backup for reception duties, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and ensuring meeting rooms are organised and presentable.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in administration. Preferrably in ESG and demonstrating a solid understanding of CSR issues.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred), with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking and time management abilities; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude, self-driven, and committed to meeting deadlines while maintaining a courteous and confident demeanor.
