Job Description

  • Organize office events, employee engagement activities, and project-based initiatives, including seminars, staff gatherings, and annual celebrations.
  • Maintain accurate club membership records, handling inquiries, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Oversee staff quarters contract management, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with housing policies and regulations.
  • Supervise office maintenance and track renovation project progress to uphold workplace standards.
  • Manage office supplies and stationery procurement, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Implement and uphold office Health & Safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Consolidate and submit regular reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Administer Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order (PRPO) processes, ensuring smooth coordination with vendors and internal departments for procurement needs.
  • Provide flexible support for ad-hoc tasks, assisting different teams as required.



The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in the FMCG industry.
  • Experienced in managing administrative tools and proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in large organizations, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as a team, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills to streamline workflows efficiently.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), ensuring effective communication.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a commitment to continuous improvement and process enhancements.
