Job Description

  • Process and verify employee expense claims accurately.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings.
  • Maintain and update travel and expense records.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and budget limits.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support.
  • Experience in processing and managing expense claims within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and expense management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
