About Our Client

The Admin Assistant will have the following responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including office supplies, equipment maintenance, record updates and report preparation
- Handle travel and logistic arrangement
- Perform receptionist duties including guest greeting, mailing and courier services conference room booking, etc.
- Assist in event organisation
- Other ad-hoc tasks designated by supervisor.
The Successful Applicant
The effective Admin Assistant should have the following requirements
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Cheerful with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of English and Mandarin;
- Proficiency in computer skills;
- Immediate available preferred.
