Job Description

  • Overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing audits and liaising with external auditors to address queries.
  • Leading and mentoring the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitoring cash flow and preparing budget forecasts for the property sector.
  • Developing and implementing internal controls to enhance financial operations.
  • Supporting strategic planning by providing financial insights and analysis.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage a team.
  • Prior experience in the property industry is advantageous.
