Job Description

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the organization.
  • Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
  • Coordinating with external auditors during audits and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Monitoring cash flow and preparing reconciliation reports.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement in accounting practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and local regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
