About Our Client

Our client is a PRC F&B Brand who has diverse business in F&B industry, including restaurants, wholesales, and retailers. With over 50 years of experience, and offices around the world, they are now seeking for an Accountant to join their experienced team.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the daily management of the financial department of the company's Hong Kong headquarters
  • Formulate, improve, implement and implement relevant regulations such as the financial management system and administrative expense reimbursement system of the Hong Kong headquarters, and be responsible for the implementation of the company's daily financial accounting work
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving the company's daily financial revenue and expenditure, settlement of monetary funds, and ensuring the safety of daily operating funds
  • Regularly organise the inventory of the company's fixed assets and monetary funds
  • Communicate and coordinate related financial issues between Hong Kong companies and group companies, and assist the group finance department in summarising and preparing various financial statements of the company
  • Cooperate with local taxation and group companies in various financial audits of the company
  • Responsible for communicating and coordinating the company's relationships with relevant banks, taxation and other government agencies

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder in accounting, finance or other related discipline
  • 3-5 year's relevant experience, preferably in Manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
