About Our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong trading company focus on food products. With operation all over the world, and around 100 employees in Hong Kong, they are now looking for an Accountant to cope with business expansion in coming half of the year.
Job Description
- Daily AR and AP book-keeping
- Prepare customer statements and answer enquiries about customer statements
- Assist company monthly and yearly financial statements
- Sales commission and sales report computations
- Assist random stock-take and reconcile inventory levels
- Prepare reports requested by the GM and the Directors
- Update and maintain all accounting schedules
- Perform inter-company transaction reconciliations
- Monthly employee salary issuance
- ERP systems experience preferably
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
- 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS software
- Fluent in Mandarin, China background is a plus
- Professional proficiency in English, French language is a plus but not a must
- Strong ownership to work and be willing to learn and learn fast
- Team player and details oriented
