About Our Client

Our client is a one of the top international schools in Hong Kong with around 1500 students and 500 staffs in their Institution. They are now seeking for an Accountant to join their team as they are having expansion in their campus in the coming years.

Job Description

  • SAP system transformation from legacy system to S/4 Hana - Finance module
  • Master data maintenance
  • Work together with business and IT stakeholders as well as consultants to provide quality system development, maintenance and support services efficiently and effectively
  • Manage project progress and co-ordination for smooth project implementation
  • Handle and deliver project documents, project reports and progress schedules
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties in delivery of quality project
  • Analyze existing incidents and business processes, propose, and realize enhancements to drive automation and process efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience of at least 3 years with SAP B1
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance /IT or relevant disciplines
  • 3 years or more working experience in relevant fields
  • SAP hands-on experience in system implementation
  • Experience in making recommendations for process improvements and transforming business requirements into best practice consolidation and reporting solutions
  • Experience and/or knowledge about SAP - Finance multiple ledgers set up, Universal Journal, Actual Costing and Consolidation is an advantage
