Account Manager (Senior Role) - Mobile Network Focus
About Our Client
Our client is a leading IT solutions company in the industry. It offers a unique technology platform to deliver innovative analytics solutions in areas including roaming, data security and customer engagement, etc. It has footprints in 140 countries and hundreds of clients.
The Account manager will reports to the Regional Senior VP/General Manager, while collaborating and working closely with one or more Sales Directors. This person needs to provide strong knowledge on signaling and stack level knowledge. The person needs to oversee project deployment and relationship management from the client needs and technical perspective. The responsibility of this role includes end-to-end management of all aspects of an account; demonstrating business and operational value of the company by engaging relevant stakeholders at all levels; Adapting and creating customer-facing materials and proposal; ensuring all document submissions. The role requires extensive travel international and locally.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this role needs to have at least 10 years of relevant industry experience in telecom industry, primarily with a focus on telecommunication solutions and customer-facing activities. This person would need to be familiar with stacks and protocols, solution delivery in the domain of data-driven analytical solutions for mobile operators across the region. Great signaling knowledge - volte, 4g 3G call flow is highly preferred. Good command of Chinese and English is a must.
