Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and a passion for fin-tech innovation. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the region.

Reporting to Sales Director, APAC

Location: Hong Kong

Your new role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Hong Kong.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across banks, fin-techs, and financial institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in fin-tech, payments, or financial services.
  • A strong background in business development or account management within the fin-tech or technology, commercial industry.
  • Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagement.
  • Strategic thinking and analytic skills to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in working within a multicultural and global environment.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Business level of Mandarin is a strong advantage.
