About Our Client
Our client is an exciting education brand specialising in after-school enrichment programme for young learners. They are fast-growing and looking to launch their first branch in Hong Kong. To better facilitate the branch set up, they will be hiring an Academic Manager to lead the team.
The Academic Manager will be taking on a very hands-on role in the organization to establish the new institute. While you will be trained with pre-set curriculum, you are expected to further enhance the product and class deliveries by providing constructive academic insights.
This role will act as a key founding member of the local branch, and you will be responsible to take on academic duties including but not limited to teaching, providing teachers training, class scheduling, parents communications and new recruitment. By working directly with the CEO, you will also be strategizing the organisation's business growth plans in hand with fellow management members to take the company to new heights!
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must be experienced to work with new business development. It is required to have taught in early-childhood/ primary school level programme, and acquired substantial knowledge in creative-learning. As a leader, strong organisation skills will be crucial, but the ideal candidate would understand the delicacies of an education operation. the person must have flexible personality and passionate about entrepreneurial start-up environment. You must speak native or very fluent English for this role, an additional Asian languages such as Chinese will be beneficial.
