Job Description

As a Responsible Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with insurance regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Providing strategic leadership and decision-making for the organization.
  • Monitoring and managing the company's risk and compliance framework.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Overseeing daily operations to maintain efficiency and high performance.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with regulators and industry partners.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to the board and senior management.
  • Acting as a point of contact for regulatory bodies within the insurance sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Responsible Officer should have:
