About Our Client
One of the most famous European fashion brand enterprise in Europe with large division of casual/fashion wear, product development center in Shenzhen

Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the woven categories of product merchandising team in Shenzhen and handle day to day production operations. You will liaise with the Hong Kong sales team for new sample development and costing while supervising the merchandising team to streamline its order follow up, product development and bulk production processes. In addition, you will also monitor all sample developments and most importantly, ensuring price and delivery are workable for Europe buyers.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in fashion-related discipline, you will possess at least 10 years experience within international fashion/casual wear manufacturing or trading business, with at least 5 years in people managerial position.. You will demonstrate strong fashion sense and experience in fashion product development in woven wear. Good negotiating , detail oriented and strong problem solving skills are required. Native Mandarin with excellent English communication skill is a must.
