About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in creativity and they light up screens across the world by producing, marketing and distributing a broad range of exceptional entertainment. This role will oversee facilities across all business units, including motion pictures, television and home entertainment.

Job Description
Reporting to the Global Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for all aspects of facilities and project management activities throughout the Asia Pacific region. You will facilitate all space planning, office and building services, and the procurement of facility related goods and services for their international offices. In addition, you will manage the full design, contractual, cost, time and quality management of all capital construction projects. Furthermore, you will manage sub-contractors and work directly with the real estate team in tracking real estate deals, lease expirations and support corporate expansion plans.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have at least 10 years’ experience in both a facilities and construction project management position within a multinational company and have solid regional exposure. You will have fostered excellent working relationships with vendors and outsourced service providers, be familiar with architectural and MEP designs and have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. In addition, you will possess outstanding communication, interpersonal and client service skills. As this is a newly-created role, frequent travel is to be expected.
