Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Finance and the Head of Corporate Treasury & Financing, you will be responsible for funding and financing for a number of joint ventures and business operations in the mainland. You will be in charge of cashflow and liquidity, loan portfolio and risk management as well as asset and liability management. You will also manage the company’s banking relationships and credit facilities while implementing and maintaining proper treasury policies, controls and procedures at a Group and joint venture level.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a Degree holder and a qualified professional with at least 15 years’ treasury experience ideally gained from sizeable organizations in the energy sector. Strong PRC banking relationships as well as exposure to all aspects of corporate treasury and corporate finance in the mainland are essential. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is required and high travel across the PRC region is to be expected. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Vice President.
