About Our Client
Our client is a US Multinational with significant and well established operations in China. An opportunity currently exists for a senior executive to oversee the operation in the PRC.

Job Description
Reporting to the President, you will hold P&L responsibility across three China locations and a Hong Kong entity for manufacturing operations, quality, R&D, finance, human resources and sales and marketing. Working closely with key stakeholders within the US and China you will further develop a world class organisation capable of developing, producing and marketing a range of consumer electronics for the global market. Ulitlising your extensive manufacturing experience you will drive process improvements within the three plants further enhancing profitability. The implementation of targets to reflect corporate strategies, development of the management team and identification of opportunities to drive top line growth are also key elements of the role.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will possess at least 15 years experience in a related environment with a minimum of 5 years at a senior management level with P&L responsibility. You will be able to demonstrate a history of successfully managing mid-large scale manufacturing operations ideally within both multinational and private organisations. Experience within consumer electronics is desirable and a comprehensive understanding of how to apply best practice across the business will be paramount. You will exhibit a rigorous approach to problem solving, project management and financial analysis. An ability to travel extensively, plus excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin will also be required to effectively work with colleagues in both the US and China.
