Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Real Estate, you will be responsible for the delivery of real estate, general services and facilities and construction services in the Greater China Sub-Region which includes Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. You will assist the Head of Corporate Real Estate in the management of the Firm?s Real Estate portfolio, including all acquisition and disposal of owned and leased property, property administration, facilities management and general construction including space planning, project and move management and general services which includes ground transportation, mail and reprographics, catering and cleaning. In addition, this position will also be involved in various specific projects related to the CRES function within the region and coordinating across administrative functions as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
You will have an architectural background, with at least 10 years of industry experience in project management. Exposure to interior design and project process is essential in addition to an understanding of premise operations. Knowledge of international bank fit-out projects will be highly regarded. Proven skills in working with internal business units and external consultants and contractors will be critical to your success. In addition, this position will also be involved in various specific projects related to the CRES function within the Sub-Region and coordinating across administrative functions as necessary.
