Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Organizational Development, you will have responsibilities for all Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD) activities, acting as an internal consultant to one of the business units coverage across Asia Pacific region. Specifically, you will be involved in implementing OD initiatives, training needs analysis, designing and sourcing appropriate programs, vendor management, managing the performance review process, developing the induction as well as some delivery.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and possess at least 8 years proven experience within the L&D and OD. Experience within a major financial services organization, a blue chip MNC or a consulting firm is a prerequisite. With previous experience in Talent Management, Strategy Process implementation and Leadership development essential you must be flexible, dynamic and able to initiate change within a fast paced environment. Fluency in English is essential with any Asian languages advantageous.
